Before I discovered life coaching, I struggled. A lot. I let life get me down and I settled for mediocrity. I kept hitting the “snooze button” on the wake up calls life was sending me. One day the snooze button stopped working and I was confronted with everything I had been trying to ignore. Then I got coached and I started to imagine a different life for myself. From that day forward I took tiny steps towards my ideal life every day. I’m not going to sugar-coat it. There were growing pains and uncertainty but I also felt freer, happier, and healthier than I had in years.   I felt so good that I wanted everyone around me to feel this good too. That’s why I became a coach. I believe there is a better life waiting for you and I’d be honored to help you claim it. Isn’t it about time you stopped hitting the snooze button?

I love to coach teens and adults who want stronger relationships, more meaningful work, and greater satisfaction from life. Does that sound like you? If so, please contact me to schedule a free 30-minute introductory coaching session. You’ll learn more about how you might benefit from coaching and what it’s like to be coached by me.

I’ve trained with the best of the best. I am a Martha Beck Certified Life Coach and have also trained with Coaches Training International and completed the Marcus Buckingham Strengths Workshop. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters’ Degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin. In my life before coaching, I worked in public school and university research settings as a speech language pathologist and also served as project coordinator for several federally-funded studies of child language disorders and autism.
